Matching Jammies!

Sadie and Carlie have matching pajama's and I just had to get some pictures of them together in them. My favorite part of the night....clean girls in cute jammies!

Last night dad and I went Birthday shopping for Sadie and had Aunt Rachelle watch the girls. When we got home I went to give Carlie a bath and thought to myself...."wow, Carlie is really wet - her diaper is sagging." Well, once I undressed her I realized that her diaper was perfectly dry and that Aunt Rachelle had put one of Sadie's diapers on her. Size 5 versus size 2 -Oops! HAHAHA!

What A Blessing!!!

It had to end....maternity leave is over and I returned to work last Monday. I'm trying to work 3 days and longer shifts which means that I don't get home until about midnight on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I was worried because Carlie wasn't sleeping through the night and I wasn't sure if my body could take the lack of sleep. Well, miracles happen, starting last weekend Carlie has consistently slept through the night - she has been waking up at 7:30 and we try to get her down around 8:00 or 8:30....could we ask for more??? This has been such a blessing. Sadie did the same thing when I returned to work after having her, we definitely have been blessed with incredible girls! Not sure what we did to deserve them!

Lagoon!

Sadie had her first trip to Lagoon. We left Carlie home with Grandma and just had a night out with Sadie, it was nice to give her our undivided attention again. Every year Nu Skin has their summer party at Lagoon. It is so nice because they rent out the entire park for the night and it is just employees and their family and friends.....no lines and no scary people. HAHA! She had a blast! She would cry after every ride because she didn't want to get off! We spent quite awhile there and then headed home, she was exhausted. I can't wait to take her back next year!

2 Month Stats!

Carlie had her 2 month well baby check up on September 22nd. Dr. Later walked in and said, "Well, she looks to be a good eater." That is the truth. She is cute and chunky and we wouldn't have her any other way!

She recently found her voice and will jabber away, mostly when she is sleepy. She is the most smiley baby I've ever seen, every time you look at her she gives you a smile that will melt your heart. To top it off she sleeps through the night most of the time. Occasionally she will wake up once but other than that she sleeps from about 8:00 to 5:00 every night. We have been extremely lucky to have two good natured babies.....we should probably quit while we're ahead!
