Sadie's New Pictures

Okay....I know this is a little obnoxious to put all of Sadie's pictures on here, but they were all so cute and I'm a proud mom so why not? And....for those of you who know me, I hardly ever get her pictures done professionally (I do feel guilty by the way) so when I do I need to show them off!
This was an exhausting day which confirmed to me why I don't do this very often. Trying to get her to stay pretty until they were ready for pictures proved to be nearly impossible. Then trying to get her to pose right and smile was exhausting to watch! Those Kiddie Kandid people don't get paid enough in my opinion - what a job! Well, in the end we got some great shots and I'm glad to say that I don't need to do this again for awhile.

An Easter post will be coming shortly....Mike used the "nicer" camera and needs to work on a few pictures before I can do the post. Hey, this is coming from someone who posted Christmas in February remember??? :)

Doesn't she look like a little angel? Don't be fooled! Looks can be deceiving.

My personal favorite. It shows her cute little...or should I say big, personality.

Happy 4th Anniversary!

Four years ago today Mike and I were married in the Salt Lake Temple. It actually was a day very much like today....cold and windy! I remember praying very hard that it wouldn't rain or snow - well it didn't rain or snow but it was VERY cold and VERY windy. Next time I will be more specific in my prayers. Despite the weather, I thought it was the perfect day. That is from a girls perspective though, I think Mike would have been happy if it wasn't such a big affair. To me it was the perfect day!
We got married very early in the morning and after freezing to death while getting our pictures taken we had a nice wedding luncheon at the Lion House. That evening we had our reception at "The White Willow" in Provo. I remember being overwhelmed with how many friends and family members came to wish us well.
After that...it was off to Hawaii for 10 days! Despite Mike having a cold we made the best of it and were more than ready to relax on the beach. It was perfect.
Although the wedding in my eyes was just the way I wanted it, I think the thing that was the most perfect was the man I chose to marry or should I say...chose to marry me! We had such a great friendship before getting married that I knew we were starting out on a strong foundation. It has been an eventful 4 years but I wouldn't change anything. Happy Anniversary Babe!
